Königsplatz
Königsplatz, a magnificent square in the neoclassical style, was designed in the 19th century on the orders of King Ludwig I. It is surrounded by imposing buildings, including the Propylaea, the Glyptothek (Collection of Classical Antiquities) and the State Collection of Classical Antiquities. Today, Königsplatz is not only a place of art and culture, but also a popular venue for concerts and events.
